V/TO™ Organizer Guide

What is the V/TO™?

The Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/TO™) is a foundational tool in the EOS® system that helps you clarify your company's vision and create a plan to achieve it. It's a two-page document that captures your organization's vision (where you're going) and traction (how you'll get there).
